Winter

Exploring the estate during colder winter months has always been a favourite activity for our guests. Yet coming back to an open fire and a warming drink is sometimes the best part. This delicous cocktail is made with one of our favourite cognacs, a butter batter mix which we make to create a rounded texture and spiced flavours. it’s then topped up with hot water to finish.
Ingredients
  • 40 ml Hennessy fine de Cognac 
  • 1 spoon of butter batter mix 
  • top with hot water

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add the Cognac and a spoonful of the butter batter to your vessel of choice. I reccomend a mug or clay pot.

Step 2

Add the hot water stirring as you go, making sure all the butter batter melts.

Step 3

Sit by a fire and enjoy!
