I was truly inspired when I learnt of all the products that the kitchen team smoke here at the manor ranging from salt to freshly caught salmon. The four ingredients in this drink create a powerful harmony of strong flavours opened up by a smoking of twleve hours. Amontillado adds a nutty element that matches the sweet raisin of the Pedro Xiemenez. Whilst the red vermouth of Antica adds in spice, orange and vanilla to this short serve drink.
- 35 ml Smoked Glenfiddich 12 yrs
- 15 ml smoked Amontillado
- 25 ml Smoked Pedro Xiemenez
- 25 ml Smoked Antica Formula
Step by Step Instructions
Ice your glass to chill.
Add all ingredients to a mixing vessel and stir for up to 40 seconds.
Strain into glass and serve, or use a smoke gun for added effects and aroma!
