I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, and its freedom of creativity, innovative practices and the focus on people still excite me.
This website was born out of a passion to share my ideas on how progressive hospitality should look, as well as my loves for travel and eating amazing food.
My career has given me some fantastic opportunities: working in Michelin-starred restaurants, being WSET trained and participating in international cocktail competitions. I have travelled the world meeting industry leaders and discovering the best places to eat and drink.
My philosophy is simple: Hospitality is much, much more than good food and drink. It’s about shared experiences, creativity, learning and adventure. I hope to inspire your own culinary curiosity and alcoholic adventures with my lens on all things food, drink and travel.
